Detroit Tigers Schedule

The Detroit Tigers are a Major League Baseball team that competes in the Central Division of the American League. The Tigers have been in this division since 1998, and are beginning to become quite successful to say the least. Since 1894 the Tigers have been competing with a high level of success. Although there are other teams that have won more titles than the Tigers, they are always known as one of the classiest franchises in the game.

The Tigers have played their home games at Comerica Park since 2000. This is only the fourth park that the Tigers have called home since they first started to play the game more than 100 years ago.

Over the years, the Tigers have won four World Series Titles. These came in 1935, 1945, 1968, and 1984. This is in addition to the American League Pennants that they won in 1907, 1908, 1909, 1934, 1935, 1940, 1945, 1968, 1984, and 2006. As you can see, the Tigers have a long tradition of winning, and are hoping to continue this for many years to come.

Some of the greatest players to wear a Tigers uniform include Al Kaline, Willie Horton, Hank Greenberg, Hal Newhouser, and of course, Ty Cobb. And this is only touching the tip of the iceberg when it comes to great Tigers of the past.

Overall, the Detroit Tigers have been around for many years, and will be competing with success for many more to come.

Texas Rangers Schedule

The Texas Rangers are a Major League Baseball team that competes in the American League West Division. The franchise was established in 1961, and has been based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area since 1971. Although the Rangers are not nearly as old as some franchises, they have had a good deal of success on the field. This has gone a long way in creating a large fan base, and making them one of the most well known teams in the league.

The Rangers play their home games at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington. They have used this venue since 1994, and will be doing so for many more years to come.

Although the Rangers have never won a World Series Title, this does not mean that they have been complete failures on the field. The team won the American League West Division Title in 1996, 1998, and 1999. These are the only three years that the Rangers have made the playoffs, but they are looking to change this in the near future.

Quite a few great players have competed for the Rangers in the past. They include Nolan Ryan, Alex Rodriguez, Ivan Rodriguez, and many more.

All in all, the Texas Rangers are not usually one of the teams thought of when it comes to winning a lot of games. But with that being said, they have had some success on the field. It is safe to say that the Rangers will be making their way back to the playoffs sooner rather than later. And this is just what their many fans are hoping for!
