Miami Marlins Schedule

The Miami Marlins compete in the National League East Division of Major League Baseball. Based in Miami, Florida, the Marlins bring fun and excitement to thousands of fans each summer. Although the Marlins franchise has only been around since 1993, they have already made some strides towards showing just how much potential they have. It is safe to say that Marlins fans have seen many good days in a relatively short span of time.

The Marlins have played their home games at Dolphin Stadium since joining the league more than 10 years ago. Although this stadium has not always been known as this name, it has always been considered one of the top outdoor venues in the state of Florida.

The Marlins are not new to winning. This is evident by the two World Series Titles that they have won; one in 1997 and the other in 2003. The amazing thing about both of these teams is that they entered the playoffs as a wildcard. In other words, they were not even good enough during the regular season to win the division. But this just goes to show you that any team can win the World Series if they get hot at the right time.

Over the years, many great players have worn the Marlins uniform. It is safe to say that as the franchise gets older, the number of top players to compete for the Marlins will only continue to grow.

Colorado Rockies Schedule

The Colorado Rockies are a Major League Baseball team that competes in the National League Western Division. Although the Rockies are one of the newer teams in the league, they have already established themselves as one of the up and coming franchises. Since joining the league in 1993, the Rockies have not had a lot of success on the field. But with that being said, they have established a nice fan base across the country, and are always competitive game in and game out.

The Rockies play their home games at Coors Field, and have done so since 1995. Although pitchers do not like Coors Field, hitters are exactly the opposite. With the thin air the ball travels as well in this park as any in the league. It is safe to say that this makes for a hitters paradise.

The Rockies have only made the playoffs one time, and this came in 1995 as a wildcard entry. Although they have yet to make a deep run into the postseason, this day is coming for the Rockies. The organization is committed to its players, and will do whatever it takes in order to ensure that they get to the next level.

As you can see, the Colorado Rockies are here to stay. No, they have not had a high level of success as of late, but the entire league knows that they are on the up and up. Over the next few years, make sure you watch as the Rockies begin to ascend towards the playoffs.
