Milwaukee Brewers Information:

The Milwaukee Brewers are a Major League Baseball team that competes in the National League Central Division. The franchise was established in 1969, and moved to the city of Milwaukee one year later. Ever since playing in Milwaukee, the Brewers have been trying hard to reach the top of the league. Although they have not has as much success as some other teams, they are well on their way.

The Brewers play their home games at Miller Park, and have done since 2001. Before moving into this venue, the Brewers played at County Stadium for 30 seasons. This new stadium has gone a long way in helping the Brewers to become better known across the league.

The Brewers have never won a World Series Title, and have only won one American League Pennant; this coming in 1982. As you can see, this is one franchise that has struggled quite a bit since joining the league. But with that being said, they are always competitive and operate with a high level of class.

There have been quite a few great players to suit up for the Brewers over the past 35 or so years. Some of the bigger names include Robin Yount, Paul Molitor, Hank Aaron and Rollie Fingers among many others.

As long as the Brewers keep moving in the right direction they will begin to win sooner rather than later. With a new stadium and a renewed commitment to winning, this franchise is on the up and up.

Miller Park Information:

Miller Park is located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and is one of the newest stadiums in the country. Construction on Miller Park started late in 1996, and the first event took place on April 6, 2001. Since then this park has hosted hundreds of great sporting events, and has seen many great players take the field. And of course, at a price of approximately $400 million to build, Miller Park has a lot to offer fans. In fact, many people feel that Miller Park may be the best stadium in all of baseball.

The Milwaukee Brewers of the MLB is the only team to play its home games at Miller Park. They have been doing so since 2001, and it is safe to say that this will be the case for many years to come. The seating capacity of this stadium is only 43,000, but this is still plenty enough to give the Brewers a home field advantage all summer long.

One of the nicest features of Miller Park is its retractable roof. If things get a bit too cold outside, the high tech roof can be closed and the building heated up to 30 degrees more than the outside temperature. For this reason, Brewers fans always have a comfortable atmosphere to cheer on their team no matter what the weather may be like outside.

In 2005, Miller Park was rated best in the league by Sports Illustrated on value per dollar spent. This says a lot considering all of the modern parks that have been being built for Major League Baseball teams.

As you can see, Miller Park has a lot to offer any fan who is interested in seeing a baseball game. For this reason thousands of locals fill the seats at each Brewers home game, and many more out of town tourists flock to the city to take in the wonderful atmosphere.
